Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Course
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment or Risk management is the process of identifying, evaluating and controlling risks at the workplace. It is an important aspect of the workplace safety and health framework to foster an accident-prevention culture, and its requirements are stipulated in Factory Act 1948 and BOCW 1998
Risk management involves:
- Conducting risk assessments of work activities.
- Controlling and monitoring the risks of work activities.
- Communicating the risks to all stakeholders.
Upon completion of this unit, candidates will acquire the knowledge and skills to be a Risk Management Leader for the organisation in reducing risks at source by managing the risk and management process at the workplace.
It involves developing a practical risk management implementation plan for the organisation which identifies specific actions to be taken, by whom and time for their completion. It also entails the formation of a risk management team, risk assessment, controlling and monitoring the risks, communicating these risks to all persons involved and in compliance with the Safety & Health Management System.

Lifting Operation Supervisor Course
Cranes and lifting equipment are heavily used in day to day work operations. Use of this machines and equipment comes with significant hazard that may pose high risk and may lead to unwanted incident, if not been taken care or addressed.
It is the duty of Lifting supervisor to co-ordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with the Lifting Plan, briefing all lifting team members (i.e., crane operators, riggers and signalmen) on the Lifting Plan, risk control measure and safe lifting procedure before the commencement of any lifting operation.
Accidents involving lifting activities occur due to many reasons. Investigations into such accidents often reveal that the primary causes could be attributed to poor planning, supervision and co-ordination of the lifting operations. Effective implementation of a comprehensive Lifting Plan which comprises comprehensive RA, clear method statement/ SWP, use of suitable lifting equipment, competent lifting team, and PTW system will ensure safe lifting operations at all workplaces.

Manage Work at Height Course
Working at height (WAH) refers to any work done in an elevated area, whether it is on a ladder, scaffolding, or even just standing on a chair. It is important to take precautions when working at height, as there is always a risk of falling and injuries.
Falls from Heights (FFH) continues to be the top contributor of all workplace fatal injuries every year. Some of the most common injuries that can occur while working at height include slips, trips, and falls. These types of accidents are often caused by a lack of proper training and safety equipment.
Working at height can be a dangerous job, but with the proper safety training and precautions, risk of falling can be reduced. By understanding the risks and taking the necessary steps to avoid them, incident from work at height can be avoided

Design for Safety (DfS) Appreciation Training Course
Design for Safety (DfS) is the process of identifying and reducing safety and health risks through good design at the conceptual and planning phases of a project.
Objective of this DfS appreciation course is to equip designers, contractors, engineers and site personnel with the basic DfS competency knowledge under the WSH (Design for Safety) Regulations.
